Shipping
Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets from us to you. If something is not covered below, email hello@fluffrepublic.com.au and we will sort it out.
Where we ship
We ship right across Australia. At this stage we do not ship internationally.
Processing and dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. During sales or busy periods processing can take a little longer, and we will let you know if it does.
Delivery times
Once your order is on its way, most parcels arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with your location, the carrier, and things outside our control such as weather or peak periods. Remote and regional areas can take longer.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Orders over $79 ship free. Anything under that is charged a flat rate that is shown clearly before you confirm.
Tracking your order
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. It can take a day or two for tracking to begin updating once the carrier first scans your parcel.
Orders with more than one item
Sometimes items in the same order travel separately and arrive on different days. If part of your order turns up and the rest has not, give it a few days before getting in touch.
Delays
If your tracking has not moved for a while, or your parcel is taking longer than the estimate above, email hello@fluffrepublic.com.au with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier for you.
Getting your address right
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-postage cost.
Lost, stuck, or damaged parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will make it right. See our Returns and refunds page for how that works, then email us and we will take care of it.
Your consumer rights
Our shipping practices do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of delivery timeframes.
